Condominium Comparative Data

This is a partial list of rental housing for single students. This list shows comparative rental data for the school year 2014-2015 as provided by owners and management of rented facilities electing to place listing ads in the annual BYU Housing Guide. It does not indicate space available to rent.

NOTE: Condominiums have units that are individually owned and individually managed. 
The condominium complex may obtain a university contract when the condominium homeowners' association (HOA) receives a university contract and when all individual unit owners in the condominium complex have received either a university contract or a written exemption approved by the university's Off-Campus Housing Office.

 

 

 
Verify Facility is BYU Contracted Housing
All BYU single undergraduate students are required to live in BYU Contracted Housing either on or off campus.  Not all housing within the Off-Campus Housing boundaries is Contracted Housing. To become contracted, owners must go through a process including paperwork, an inspection, committee review and agreeing to the expectations placed on all contracted facilities. It is the responsibility of the student to verify that a location is CONTRACTED with BYU before signing a rental agreement.
